Eden was vegan.  But how do we know that?  Well, one of the foundational texts of the West that describes Paradise says so.  Then God said, “See, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth and every tree that has fruit yielding seed.  It shall be food for you.  To every beast of the earth and to every bird of the air and to everything that creeps on the earth that has the breath of life in it, I have given every green plant for food.”  That is, there were no carnivores in Paradise, not even the carnivores were carnivores.  Just maybe that is how humans are to live. So regain Paradise or at least a part of it and go vegan.
